Responsibilities:- Respond to and diagnose hardware and software problems reported by clients- Install and configure hardware and software systems- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner- Provide on-site support as needed- Maintain accurate records of hardware and software assets- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issuesRequirements:- 2+ years of experience in hardware and software support- Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting techniques- Proficient in software installation and configuration- Ability to work on-site for on-site support as required
