Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international clients regarding inquiries, issues, and concerns related to our healthcare products and services.
- Provide accurate and timely information, guidance, and support to clients, demonstrating empathy and professionalism at all times.
- Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues, navigating our online platforms, and accessing relevant resources.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure prompt resolution.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to effectively address client needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Bioscience or related field preferred.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or pharmaceutical environment.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant technology tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts as needed to support international clients across different time zones.
