Job Summary.
We are hiring an experienced International Telesales Executive to generate international business through outbound calls, build strong relationships with overseas clients, and achieve sales targets.
The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in International Telesales, International Voice Process, International BPO Sales, Export Telesales, or International Business Development with excellent spoken and written English.
Important: This position is strictly for International Telesales/International Voice Process. Candidates with only Domestic Telecalling, Domestic BPO, Customer Care, Back Office, or Domestic Sales experience are requested not to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to international customers and prospective buyers.
Generate qualified leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Promote the Company's products and services to overseas clients.
Handle customer inquiries and provide product information professionally.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
Update CRM and maintain accurate customer records.
Prepare Daily Activity Reports (DAR) and call reports.
Coordinate with the Sales and Export teams for order processing.
Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service standards.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Minimum 1 year of experience in International Telesales, International Voice Process, International BPO Sales, Export Telesales, or International Business Development.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Comfortable making high-volume outbound international calls.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Experience in B2B International Sales will be an added advantage.
Willing to work according to international business hours, if required.
