International Customer Care Executive (0-5 Years)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle international customer inquiries: Respond to customer queries and provide information about products or services offered by the company to customers located in different countries.

2. Resolve customer complaints: Address and resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

3. Process orders and returns: Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and tracking shipments to ensure a seamless buying experience.

4. Communicate with international team: Collaborate with the international team to coordinate customer support efforts and provide feedback on customer trends and preferences.

Required Skills and Expectations:

1. Excellent communication skills: Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with customers from different countries via phone, email, or chat channels.

2. Problem-solving skills: Capacity to quickly assess customer issues, identify solutions, and resolve problems to meet customer needs.

3. Multitasking abilities: Capable of handling multiple customer inquiries and tasks simultaneously while maintaining high-quality service.

4. Cultural sensitivity: Understanding and respect for different cultures and customs to ensure respectful and effective communication with international customers.
