responsibilities
make outbound calls to us customers regarding overdue payments.
understand customer situations and offer suitable payment solutions.
follow all compliance, quality, and security guidelines of the banking process.
maintain professionalism, empathy, and clarity during every interaction.
document call outcomes and update customer account information accurately.
meet monthly collection targets and call performance metrics.
handle customer objections and queries confidently and politely.
participate in training, coaching, and performance improvement sessions.
collaborate with team leaders to improve productivity and call quality.
requirements
education: ssc or hsc (minimum qualification).
experience:
minimum 6 months of international bpo experience (voice process preferred
candidates with prior collections experience will be given preference.
excellent verbal communication skills in english
comfortable working in us shift timings.
willing to work from the thane office (on-site role).
able to work with rotational week-offs (two week-offs per week).
strong customer-handling skills, patience, and ability to manage difficult conversations.
basic computer navigation skills and the ability to update information accurately.
