Insurance Sales Executive - Full Time - Freshers

About the role:

We are hiring Outbound Sales Executives for an insurance voice process on behalf of our client. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and candidates with up to 2 years experience to build a sales career in insurance, earn performance-linked incentives and grow within a fast-paced team.

Key responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to explain insurance products and generate interest.

Understand customer needs, present suitable plans and convert leads into sales.

Follow the script and compliance guidelines while handling objections professionally.

Maintain accurate call logs, update CRM records and report daily call activity.

Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs.

Coordinate with underwriting, collections and admin teams as required.

What we’re looking for:

Freshers to 2 years of experience in outbound sales, telecalling or customer-facing roles

Clear spoken English and strong telephone etiquette.

Good communication and persuasion skills; confident and target-driven.

Basic computer skills (MS Office).

Must be willing to work from Juinagar location.
