Cold Calling:

Customer Interaction:
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable insurance plans.
Answer customer queries about policy terms, coverage, premiums, and benefits.
Sales Conversion:
Persuade customers to purchase insurance policies.
Achieve daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets.
Documentation:
Maintain records of calls, customer information, and sales.
Update CRM tools or internal databases accurately.
Post-Sale Support:
Coordinate with back-office teams for policy issuance.
Assist clients in the documentation or claim process when needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.
Sales or customer service experience (preferred).
Knowledge of insurance products (an advantage).
Basic computer proficiency.
