Job Description

cold calling:

call potential customers to inform them about various insurance products (life, health, motor, etc.).

follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.

customer interaction:

understand customer needs and suggest suitable insurance plans.

answer customer queries about policy terms, coverage, premiums, and benefits.

sales conversion:

persuade customers to purchase insurance policies.

achieve daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets.

documentation:

maintain records of calls, customer information, and sales.

update crm tools or internal databases accurately.

post-sale support:

coordinate with back-office teams for policy issuance.

assist clients in the documentation or claim process when needed.

skills & qualifications:

good communication and interpersonal skills.

ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.

sales or customer service experience (preferred).

knowledge of insurance products (an advantage).

basic computer proficiency.
