Job Description

Candidate should have clear understanding of customer requirements over calls/WhatsApp and help them to freeze down the booking in assigned venues.

Meeting monthly revenue targets in assigned venues.

Consistently develop a community of repeat customers by building rapport.

Ability to solve customer issues and contribute ideas to improve customer service.

Clear communication in regards to booking information to both customers and assigned venue management to ensure transparency.
