maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
• contact new or existing customers to inform them about products, offers & trends.

• handle customers queries and complaints and resolve it.

• enter and update customer information in the database.
• review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
