maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.

• contact new or existing customers to inform them about products, offers & trends.

• manage online customers calls generate through facebook, linkedin, twitter.

• take customer feedback and use to generate ideas about new features or products.

• handle customers queries and complaints and resolve it.

• speak to customers about a product's different features, and answer any questions they might have.

• respond to incoming email and enquiries.

• taking payment follow-up from customers of regular basis.

• timely and accurate reporting to authorize person.

• enter and update customer information in the database.

• review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.

• proven experience as a sales executive (in - house)/tele marketing/tele sales or relevant role

• good communication in english

• thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques

• fast learner and passion for sales
