Inside Sales Executive

Inside Sales cum telecaller Executive :

· Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers and following up on leads.

· Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.

· Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.

· Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.

· Explaining and demonstrating features of services.

· Arrange meetings.

Requirements :

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business

· At least 1 - 4 years' of inside sales experience

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Excellent phone and cold calling skills.

· Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
