• managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls (mostly outbound) in a timely
manner
• following call canter “scripts” when handling different topics
• identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions
• seize opportunities to build comfort with customers and hand-hold them in navigating
through the course of their treatment, closing the sale of treatment
• build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
• keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
• entering patient information into a crm tool
• developing the knowledge of customer needs and trends to improve customer
satisfaction and loyalty
• frequently attend training seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
• meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
requirements
• previous experience in a customer sales role selling high-value or involved products
(health, education, travel, insurance, etc.)
• track record of over-achieving targets
• strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening and
interpersonal skills
• familiarity with crm systems, telephony systems and practices and data entry skills
• customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• ability to multi-task, set priorities, manage time effectively and manage multiple
expectations in a fast-paced environment
• ability to empathize with customers and build a relationship
• good sales skills and ability to work in high pressure environment
• undergraduate degree
• fluency in english + hindi or two regional languages (kannada, tamil, telugu) is
mandatory
