JD for Inside Sales Executive (Candidate should have electrical engineering background experience)
Handling Indiamart Portal- Managing leads, calls, emails for the enquiries received.
Developing new leads, converting leads into deals and further deals into orders.
Creating and maintaining customer database
Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers and follow up calls on the leads qualified to close the order
Understanding customer needs and explaining product features and benefits
Co-ordinating with backend team for status of orders received and informing the same to customers
Preparing monthly reports of performance in the prescribed format
Closing sales and achieving targets
