We are hiring Inside Sales Specialist / Sr. Inside Sales Specialist (Immediate joiners are highly preferred)

Role and Responsibilities:

€¢ Generating leads.

€¢ Cold Calling.

€¢ Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.

€¢ Answering potential customer questions and sending additional information per email.

€¢ Keeping up with product and service information and updates.

€¢ Identifying prospects and qualifying new sales leads.

€¢ Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects.

€¢ Keep track of the complete sales cycle.

€¢ Communicate prospect product pain points to appropriate departments.

€¢ Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects.

€¢ Should have a positive attitude.

Required Skills:

€¢ Any Graduate

€¢ 2-6 years of experience in inside sales

€¢ Previous experience in Inside sales, preferably IT product-related sales.

€¢ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

€¢ Exceptional phone and cold calling skills.

€¢ Exceptional customer service skills.

€¢ Strong listening and sales skills.

€¢ Ability to achieve targets.
