job responsibilities:
. responsible for generation of sales and developing sales pipeline within a targeted geography and/or targeted product segment.
. responsible for interacting with brands of agro commodities.
. responsible for developing/growing customers to key account level.
. generate meetings for f2f interation with potential customers to prospect for new business.
. understand the current nature of the customers business and create the needs for developing another revenue stream by exporting their commodities.
. present tradologies branded solution favorably and in a structured manner with the target customers.
. negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales.
. challenge any objections with a view to getting the customer onboard.
. maintain & share the reports- no of data points/leads given with no of closures/follow ups and future prospects.
. review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
. attend team meetings, training sessions and share best practice with colleagues.
