**core responsibilities:**
1. **lead generation and prospecting:**
- research and identify potential clients (companies) using databases, online platforms (linkedin, job portals), and other tools.
- develop and maintain a list of prospects in the staffing industry.
2. **cold calling and email campaigns:**
- initiate outreach to prospective clients through cold calls and emails.
- craft personalized email templates and follow-up messages to engage prospects.
3. **qualifying leads:**
- engage with prospects to understand their staffing needs, pain points, and hiring goals.
- assess and qualify leads to ensure alignment with the company’s services and offerings.
4. **client relationship building:**
- build and maintain relationships with decision-makers such as hr managers, talent acquisition heads, and business leaders.
- serve as the initial point of contact for prospective clients, providing insights into the company's staffing solutions.
5. **database and crm management:**
- maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions with leads in a crm system.
