key responsibilities & kras:
b2b acquisition: identify and engage potential partners requiring artists for events, campaigns, or content.
revenue responsibility: drive sales of artistspedia services to b2b partners and consistently meet monthly revenue targets.
opportunity creation: ensure artists are matched with suitable partners, helping them showcase talent and grow professionally.
sales growth: contribute to tripling sales and revenue gestation through proactive engagement, follow-ups, and strategic relationship building.
build and maintain strong relationships with partners, understand their requirements, and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.
maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and conversions in crm tools.
provide weekly and monthly reports on partnerships, revenue, and artist placements.

proven experience in inside sales, b2b sales, or business development, preferably in talent, events, or entertainment.
