Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Associate to drive growth by creating opportunities for artists through strategic B2B engagement with event organizers, venues, corporates, and agencies. This role is target-driven, focusing on revenue generation, monthly targets, and scaling sales while helping artists advance their careers.
Key Responsibilities & KRAs:
€¢ B2B Acquisition: Identify and engage potential partners requiring artists for events, campaigns, or content.
€¢ Revenue Responsibility: Drive sales of Artistspedia services to B2B partners and consistently meet monthly revenue targets.
€¢ Opportunity Creation: Ensure artists are matched with suitable partners, helping them showcase talent and grow professionally.
€¢ Sales Growth: Contribute to tripling sales and revenue gestation through proactive engagement, follow-ups, and strategic relationship building.
€¢ Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, understand their requirements, and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.
€¢ Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and conversions in CRM tools.
€¢ Provide weekly and monthly reports on partnerships, revenue, and artist placements.
What We€™re Looking For:
Proven experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or business development, preferably in talent, events, or entertainment.
Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
Ability to generate revenue, meet monthly targets, and contribute to accelerated sales growth.
Passion for the entertainment and creative industry is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking metrics.
