Role Overview :
BSRI Solutions is seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment and strong client coordination skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing candidates while maintaining effective communication with clients to ensure timely closures.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding to candidate onboarding
Source potential candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases
Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements
Conduct initial candidate assessments and telephonic screenings
Coordinate with clients for requirement clarification, updates, and feedback
Schedule and track interviews between candidates and clients
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely status updates
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for IT and Non-IT requirements
