Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cooking Food: Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Indian dishes using authentic recipes and techniques.

- The Indian Chef will be responsible for cooking food to perfection, ensuring proper flavors, textures, and presentation.

2. Menu Planning: Develop and create new Indian dishes and update the menu regularly.

- The Indian Chef will play a key role in planning and designing the menu, catering to the tastes and preferences of the target audience.

3. Tandoori Chef: Specialize in preparing tandoori dishes, including naan, kebabs, and tikkas in a tandoor oven.

- The Indian Chef will focus on mastering the art of tandoori cooking, ensuring that the dishes are cooked to perfection and have the right flavor profile.

Required Skills and Expectations:

1. Proficient in Indian Cuisine: The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Indian spices, flavors, and cooking techniques.

2. Experience in Menu Development: Previous experience in planning and creating Indian menus is preferred.

3. Tandoori Cooking Skills: Ability to work as a tandoori chef, handling a tandoor oven with expertise.

4. Attention to Detail: Must pay attention to detail to ensure that each dish is cooked to perfection and meets quality standards.
