we are seeking experienced inbound call representatives to join our team. the ideal candidate should have at least -1 years of experience in inbound call handling and possess a graduation degree. as an inbound call representative, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, providing information, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining customer satisfaction. strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

responsibilities:

- answering and managing incoming calls

- providing accurate information and resolving customer queries

- documenting all call information in the crm system

- upselling products or services when appropriate

- maintaining customer satisfaction by providing excellent service

requirements:
