Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound leads for Canada and Australia PR.
Provide accurate information about immigration programs such as Express Entry, PNP, and Australia PR pathways.
Assess client profiles and suggest suitable visa options.
Follow up with potential clients and convert inquiries into enrollments.
Maintain regular communication with clients and provide updates on their application process.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain proper documentation and CRM updates.
Coordinate with the operations team for smooth processing of cases.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of Canada PR (Express Entry, PNP) and Australia PR processes.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Sales-oriented mindset with a target-driven approach.
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
Basic understanding of immigration documentation and eligibility criteria.
Proficiency in English (Hindi is an added advantage).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in immigration sales or visa consultancy.
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.
