Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment processes. The candidate should be proactive in sourcing, screening, and hiring suitable talent.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar roles

Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, references, and walk-ins

Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews

Coordinating with department heads for interview scheduling

Maintaining candidate database and recruitment trackers

Handling offer roll-out and joining formalities

Follow-ups with shortlisted candidates

Requirements:

Graduate / MBA in HR

1-3 years of recruitment experience (Automobile industry preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques
