handle end-to-end recruitment for all departments.
guide and support junior hr executives and recruiters.
coordinate interviews, salary discussions, and offer releases.
manage onboarding, induction, and employee documentation.
maintain employee records, attendance, and leave details.
handle employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
coordinate performance reviews and follow up on appraisals.
support training and development activities.
ensure employees follow company policies and hr procedures.
assist management with hr reports and workforce planning.
support employee engagement activities and maintain a positive work environment.
ensure smooth joining and relieving formalities.
qualification & experience
any graduate or postgraduate (mba hr preferred).
minimum 35 years of hr experience.
good communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
