We are looking for an HR Recruiter who can handle hiring from start to end. The main work is to find the right candidates, talk to them, schedule interviews, and help them join the company.
Responsibilities
Hiring & Sourcing
- Understand the job openings from the management.
- Post job ads on job portals and social media.
- Search, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates.
Interview Coordination
- Call candidates and explain the job details.
- Schedule interviews with the hiring team.
- Follow up with candidates until the interview is completed.
Selection & Joining
- Help in selecting the right candidate.
- Share offer letters and explain joining details.
- Support candidates during joining formalities.
Database & Reporting
- Maintain candidate data, interview status, and hiring reports.
- Update the recruitment tracker daily.
Communication & Follow-up
- Build good communication with candidates.
- Do regular follow-ups for interview feedback and joining updates.
Skills Needed
- Good communication skills
- Basic recruitment knowledge
- Confident in calling and coordinating
- MS Excel / MS Office skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Qualification
- Any degree
- Freshers or 0 - 2 years experience can apply
