Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred).
- Proven working experience as HR Manager or in a similar role (typically 1+ years).
- Knowledge of HR systems, labor law, and best practices.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to build and manage strategies for employee engagement and retention.
