Walk-in For Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.

- Manage the recruitment and selection process.

- Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs.

- Address grievances and manage employee relations.

- Support current and future business needs through workforce planning and talent management.

- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures.

Requirements:

- Bachelor€™s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master€™s preferred).

- Proven working experience as HR Manager or in a similar role (typically 1+ years).

- Knowledge of HR systems, labor law, and best practices.

- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

- Ability to build and manage strategies for employee engagement and retention.
