We are looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives through effective HR management.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues
Manage the recruitment and selection process (sourcing, interviewing, hiring)
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Maintain pay plans and benefits programs
Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development programs
Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and regulations
Support organizational change, development, and culture initiatives
Maintain HR records, policies, and procedures
Requirements and Skills
Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR executive role
Strong knowledge of HR systems and databases
In-depth understanding of labor law and HR best practices
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities
Ability to build and effectively manage relationships at all levels
