qualification: mba/bba

experience: 1-3 years

responsibilities:

preparing the job descriptions as per the requirements

posting the jobs on different job boards

screening, shortlisting & calling the candidates

sending the assessments & other required tasks to the candidates given by seniors

conducting telephonic & initial round of interviews

following up on the feedbacks

follow-up till joining once candidate selected

completing the joining formalities

handling other hr operations whenever required
