Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of HR experience and will play a critical role in overseeing HR operations, managing client accounts, leading a team, and providing training on HR modules. This is a key position for someone who excels in both strategic and operational HR responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Sourcing & Management:

- Identify and acquire new clients for recruitment services.

- Cultivate long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed in a timely manner.

2. Team Leadership & Development:

- Lead, mentor, and support the HR team to achieve both individual and organizational goals.

- Conduct training sessions on HR best practices, policies, and processes to enhance team effectiveness and knowledge.

3. Training & Development:

- Develop and deliver HR training modules, ensuring the team stays current with industry trends and evolving practices.

- Promote continuous learning and professional growth within the team.

4. Operational Excellence:

- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies.

- Provide ongoing feedback to improve team performance and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Education: Graduation or Post-Graduation in HR or a related field.

- Experience: 2-5 years in HR or recruitment.

- Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
