The HR Payroll & Compliance Junior Executive will support payroll processing, statutory compliance, and employee data management. The role involves ensuring accurate salary processing and adherence to labour laws and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Management:
Assist in monthly payroll processing and salary calculations
Maintain employee attendance, leave, and overtime records
Verify payroll inputs such as new joiners, exits, and salary revisions
Ensure timely salary disbursement and payslip generation
Statutory Compliance:
Support compliance with PF, ESI, PT, LWF, and other labour laws
Prepare and maintain statutory records and registers
Assist in filing monthly/annual returns with government authorities
Coordinate for inspections and provide required documents
Employee Data Management:
Maintain and update employee records in HRMS
Handle employee queries related to payroll and compliance
Ensure proper documentation and filing of employee records
Audit & Reporting:
Assist in internal and external audits
Prepare reports related to payroll and statutory compliance
Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
