The HR Payroll & Compliance Junior Executive will support payroll processing, statutory compliance, and employee data management. The role involves ensuring accurate salary processing and adherence to labour laws and statutory requirements.Key Responsibilities:Payroll Management:Assist in monthly payroll processing and salary calculationsMaintain employee attendance, leave, and overtime recordsVerify payroll inputs such as new joiners, exits, and salary revisionsEnsure timely salary disbursement and payslip generationStatutory Compliance:Support compliance with PF, ESI, PT, LWF, and other labour lawsPrepare and maintain statutory records and registersAssist in filing monthly/annual returns with government authoritiesCoordinate for inspections and provide required documentsEmployee Data Management:Maintain and update employee records in HRMSHandle employee queries related to payroll and complianceEnsure proper documentation and filing of employee recordsAudit & Reporting:Assist in internal and external auditsPrepare reports related to payroll and statutory complianceEnsure data accuracy and confidentialityIf Interested Please send me your Updated Cv @ plaservicehr@gmail.com
