HR Manager : Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
ï‚· Develop and execute hiring plans for project-specific roles
ï‚· Coordinate interviews, selection, and onboarding processes
ï‚· Maintain talent pipelines for future project needs
2. Performance Management
ï‚· Design and implement appraisal systems aligned with project KPIs
ï‚· Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions
ï‚· Address underperformance and recommend corrective actions
3. Policy Development & Compliance
ï‚· Draft HR policies in line with labor laws and PMC standards
ï‚· Ensure adherence to statutory regulations (ESIC, PF, etc.)
ï‚· Handle audits and maintain documentation for compliance
4. Training & Development
ï‚· Identify skill gaps and organize training programs
ï‚· Promote continuous learning for project efficiency
ï‚· Coordinate certifications relevant to project domains (., PMP, safety)
5. Employee Relations & Engagement
ï‚· Resolve grievances and foster a positive work culture
ï‚· Organize team-building activities and wellness programs
ï‚· Ensure transparent communication between management and staff
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
