HR Manager (Fresher) - Female Only

We are looking for a HR Manager to join our team in Nagpur, India. As a HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, training, and employee relations within the company. You will also be in charge of implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure a positive work environment.

Key responsibilities include managing the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires. You will also be responsible for developing training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. Additionally, you will handle employee relations issues by addressing grievances and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner.

The ideal candidate should have a graduate degree and 0-3 years of experience in HR. We are looking for a female candidate who has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The candidate should also have a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures, as well as the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. A proactive and organized approach to work is essential for this role.
