JOB DESCRIPTION

Duration : 3 months

Location : west Tambaram

EDUCATION : MBA in HR , BBA

Roles and Responsibilities

��️Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media.

��️Screen resumes and schedule interviews.

��️Assist in new employee orientation and documentation.

��️Updating employee records and Maintaining employee databases and files

��️Reviewing resumes and CVs to identify qualified candidates

��️Posting job ads: Creating and managing job advertisements

Requirements

��️Pursuing or completing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

��️Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

��️Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

��️Proficiency in Microsoft Office
