JOB DESCRIPTION

Duration : 3 months

Location : west Tambaram

EDUCATION : MBA in HR , BBA

Roles and Responsibilities

-️Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media.

-️Screen resumes and schedule interviews.

-️Assist in new employee orientation and documentation.

-️Updating employee records and Maintaining employee databases and files

-️Reviewing resumes and CVs to identify qualified candidates

-️Posting job ads: Creating and managing job advertisements

Requirements

-️Pursuing or completing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

-️Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

-️Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

-️Proficiency in Microsoft Office
