Candidate Sourcing: Identifying talent through LinkedIn, Internshala, and job boards to build a
strong talent pipeline.
Screening & Shortlisting: Reviewing applications and conducting initial telephonic screenings to
evaluate candidate fit and communication.
Coordination: Managing the interview schedule between hiring managers and candidates via
Zoom/Google Meet or in-office.
Skills Required: Strong interpersonal skills, proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets/Docs), and
excellent time management.

Education: Open to current students or recent graduates in HR, Business Administration, or related
fields.
Experience: No prior experience required; a strong willingness to learn and a proactive go-getter
attitude are essential.
Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of recruitment tools.

Working days: 6 days a week ( Sunday off )

Special conditions or requirements: Must be comfortable working independently in a remote environment while maintaining high responsiveness.
