Internship Overview:
We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented HR Interns to join our team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in core HR functions within a global remote setup.
Please note that it is remote work and an Unpaid Internship.
Key Responsibilities:
Source potential candidates using platforms like LinkedIn and Internshala.
Screen resumes based on predefined job descriptions and qualifications.
Send and follow up on candidate questionnaires.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with selected candidates.
Maintain candidate records and update internal trackers.
Assist in onboarding and training activities, if required.
Communicate professionally with candidates through email and LinkedIn.
Requirements:
Pursuing or completed a BBA/MBA or related degree (preferably with HR specialisation).
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Basic understanding of HR functions and recruitment processes.
Comfortable using LinkedIn and other job platforms.
Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.
Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team environment.
