We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates. This internship provides hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities:-
Source candidates through job portals and social media
Use internal databases and employee referrals
Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Send interview invites and follow-up emails
Collect feedback after interviews
Conduct initial HR screening calls
Update daily/weekly hiring reports
Track interview status and joining updates.
Skills:-
Strong communication skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word
Pursuing or completed BBA/MBA (HR) or related field
