The Human Resource Executive will be responsible for assisting with recruitment processes, conducting interviews, onboarding new employees, and maintaining employee records. They will also handle employee relations, payroll administration, and support in HR policies and procedures.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and conducting interviews to identify potential candidates.
- Onboarding new employees by conducting orientation sessions, completing new hire paperwork, and facilitating training programs.
- Maintaining employee records by updating databases, tracking attendance, and handling employee documentation.
- Handling employee relations by addressing employee queries, conducting performance evaluations, and resolving conflicts within the team.
- Supporting in payroll administration including processing payroll, calculating leave balances, and managing benefits administration.
- Assisting in HR policies and procedures by updating employee handbooks, enforcing HR guidelines, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Required skills and expectations:
- A postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
