Looking For Human Resource Executive

We are looking for a dedicated Human Resource Executive to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience in HR and be ready to contribute to our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment and Selection: Manage the complete recruitment process from screening resumes to conducting interviews and onboarding new employees, ensuring we attract the right talent for our needs.

- Employee Engagement: Organize activities and programs to enhance employee morale, ensuring a positive workplace culture and promoting employee retention.

- Performance Management: Assist in the performance evaluation process by coordinating appraisals, providing feedback to employees, and helping set performance goals.

- Training and Development: Identify training needs and facilitate training sessions to help employees develop their skills and enhance their performance.

- HR Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while educating employees about HR practices and guiding them through any HR-related issues.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, making it easy to connect with employees at all levels. A good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices is essential. The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain confidentiality is crucial. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite will be beneficial. A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently, coupled with strong problem-solving skills, are essential for success in this role.
