About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day human resource functions and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, attendance, payroll support, statutory compliance, office administration, and maintaining a productive workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resource Management
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
Coordinate induction and orientation programs for new employees.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Track employee attendance, leave, and shift schedules.
Assist in payroll preparation and salary processing.
Handle employee confirmations, transfers, resignations, and exit formalities.
Maintain HR policies and employee handbook.
Organize employee engagement and welfare activities.
Support performance appraisal and training programs.
Administration
Manage office administration and facility operations.
Coordinate housekeeping, security, transportation, and office maintenance.
Maintain office assets, stationery, and consumables.
Coordinate travel, accommodation, and meeting arrangements.
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Maintain vendor and service provider relationships.
Compliance
Maintain statutory records and employee documentation.
Support compliance related to Labour Laws, PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, and Shops & Establishments Act.
Coordinate with consultants for statutory filings.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
HR Operations
Maintain HRMS and employee database.
Prepare HR MIS reports.
Monitor employee attendance and absenteeism.
Track recruitment status and manpower planning.
Generate monthly HR reports for management.
Employee Relations
Address employee queries and grievances.
Foster a positive work culture.
Support disciplinary procedures when required.
Ensure effective communication between employees and management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
MBA (HR) preferred.
2-5 years of experience in HR & Administration.
Experience in manufacturing or FMCG industry is preferred.
