key responsibilities:

* end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and coordination

* prepare offer letters, onboarding documents & maintain employee records

* manage hrms, attendance, leave tracking & payroll inputs

* support employee engagement activities and handle basic grievances
