we are seeking an hr executive to manage and execute hr-related functions with a focus on labour laws, statutory compliances, and regulations applicable to the indian software industry. the ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of indian labour laws, statutory compliance, and related hr processes. this role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage compliance-related tasks effectively.

key responsibilities:
- labour law compliance:
o stay up-to-date with the latest developments in indian labour laws and regulations, including the industrial disputes act, payment of gratuity act, employees- provident fund (epf) act, employees- state insurance (esi) act, and others.
o ensure compliance with labour laws related to employee contracts, working hours, overtime, and termination processes.
o draft and review employment contracts, policies, and hr documents in line with labour laws and company guidelines.
o liaise with legal advisors to ensure compliance with statutory obligations and resolve legal matters as needed.
- employee welfare & benefits:
o administer employee benefits such as insurance, bonuses, and incentives in compliance with legal and company standards.
o ensure smooth onboarding of new employees by preparing offer letters, joining formalities, and conducting orientation sessions related to company policies and legal requirements.
- employee relations & grievance management:
o provide guidance on hr-related issues, conflict resolution, and employee grievances, ensuring that solutions are in line with legal requirements and company policies.
o foster a positive work environment by promoting effective communication and employee engagement.
- hr documentation & reporting:
o maintain accurate hr records, including attendance, leave management.
