about the role:
pheme entertainment pvt. ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and driven hr recruiters / executives to help meet our growing hiring needs. this role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about recruitment and confident in achieving performance targets. the company offers two earning options: a fixed salary model or a flexible, performance-based salary model.
 important note:
hiring targets are applicable only during the probation period. to receive a salary during probation, you must complete the assigned hiring targets.
there are no hiring targets in the full-time period. once confirmed as a full-time employee, you will receive a fixed salary without any monthly hiring requirements.
key responsibilities:
 source and screen potential candidates through online platforms
 coordinate interviews with hiring managers
 track hiring progress and maintain daily recruitment records
 ensure candidate retention (at least one must stay for 1 month to confirm employment)
 meet or exceed monthly hiring targets
salary options:
1. fixed salary model:
 a pre-decided fixed salary will be offered (., 15,,000/month)
 this amount is paid regardless of your target completion, but selection under this model depends on company discretion and performance history
 performance incentives may still apply based on extra hires
2. flexible (performance-based) salary model:
 15,000/month if you hire 30 candidates in one month
 25,000/month if you hire 50 candidates in one month
 50% target (full salary ) if you reach 50% of your target
 no salary if hiring is below 50% of the monthly target
example:
 15,000 = 30 hires target ( will be paid to you if you complete 50% or more hirings of 30 )
 25,000 = 50 hires ( will be paid to you of you complete 50% or more hirings of 50 )
probation period:
 the probation period is 3 to 5 months, depending on performance
 employment confirmation requires at least one hired candidate to stay in the company for a full month and receive their first salary
incentive structure (3 options):
you can choose your incentive type based on your preference and risk level:
1. 250 per hire (low-risk)
 paid when candidate completes one month
 non-refundable, even if the candidate leaves later
 safe and stable incentive option
2. 500 per hire (medium-risk)
 paid after one month
 refundable if the candidate leaves early
 higher reward, moderate risk
3. 1,000 per hire (high-risk)
 paid after one month
 refundable if the candidate leaves within a defined early-exit period
 maximum earnings, highest risk
 note: the 250 incentive is guaranteed and non-refundable, while 500 and 1,000 are risk-based and must be returned if the hired employee leaves the company prematurely.
