Work on job portals, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and manage hiring processes.
Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and induction.
Maintain attendance and leave records.
Support payroll and salary processing.
Maintain and update employee records.
Address employee grievances and manage disciplinary matters.
Coordinate training and skill development programs.
Manage resignations, exits, and full & final settlements.
Prepare basic HR reports (headcount, attrition, and performance).
Implement HR policies and ensure statutory and internal compliance.
Key Skills Required
Prior experience of minimum of 6 to 12 months in recruitment and HR operations.
Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
Good communication skills in English and local languages.
Proficiency in Excel, HRMS, and CRM tools.
