We are seeking a Human Resource Executive to join our team in Bangalore. This is a full-time role suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience and a Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com).**Key Responsibilities:**- **Recruitment and Selection:** Manage the end-to-end recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to find the right fit for various positions.- **Onboarding:** Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they have the necessary tools and information to start their roles successfully.- **Employee Relations:** Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, fostering a positive work environment and addressing issues promptly.- **Performance Management:** Support the performance appraisal process by coordinating evaluations and providing guidance to managers on feedback and development plans for employees.- **HR Policies and Compliance:** Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.- **Data Management:** Maintain and update employee records in the HR management system, ensuring all information is accurate and confidential.**Required Skills and Expectations:**- Strong communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with employees and management.- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are required to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.- A good understanding of HR practices and labor laws is important to perform duties effectively.- Ability to work independently as well as in a team, ensuring collaboration and support for HR initiatives.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, is preferred for data management and reporting.
