Key Responsibilities • Handle recruitment, interviews, onboarding and joining formalities. • Maintain employee attendance, leave records and personnel files. • Coordinate payroll inputs, employee documentation and statutory compliance. • Monitor employee discipline, punctuality and adherence to company policies. • Coordinate probation reviews, performance appraisals and employee-related matters. • Maintain HR reports and records using Excel and relevant software. • Coordinate routine office administration and supervise the person handling repairs and maintenance. • Coordinate HR-related matters with our Bengaluru branch as required.
