Job Summary:
The Admin & HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end human resource functions along with administrative operations to ensure smooth functioning of aviation operations. The role requires coordination with multiple departments, compliance with aviation regulations, and handling employee lifecycle processes efficiently.
π Key Responsibilities:
π§βπΌ Human Resource Functions:
Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)
Manage employee documentation & verification (KYC, background checks, airport passes)
Maintain HR records & employee database
Assist in payroll processing & attendance management
Handle employee grievances & disciplinary actions
Conduct induction and training coordination
Ensure compliance with labor laws and aviation regulatory requirements
Manage exit formalities and full & final settlements
π’ Administrative Functions:
Oversee office administration and facility management
Coordinate with airport authorities for ID cards, entry passes, and security clearances
Manage vendor coordination (uniforms, transport, housekeeping, etc.)
Maintain inventory & office supplies
Handle travel arrangements & staff logistics
Ensure smooth day-to-day operational support
π Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure compliance with DGCA guidelines and airport authority regulations
Maintain MIS reports, HR dashboards, and audit records
Assist during internal and external audits
Track employee performance and attendance reports

Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
Good understanding of aviation operations and airport protocols
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, HR software)
Ability to handle confidential information
π Qualifications:
Bachelorβs Degree in HR / Business Administration / Management
MBA/PGDM in HR (Preferred)
π§Ύ Experience:
1-4 years of experience in HR & Administration
Experience in aviation, airport, or hospitality industry preferred
π° Salary Range:
βΉ LPA - βΉ LPA (Depending on experience & location)

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced airport environment
