Job Summary
An Admin HR Executive is responsible for managing daily HR operations along with administrative tasks to ensure smooth functioning of the organisation. The role involves recruitment, employee coordination, record management, and office administration.
Key Responsibilities
HR Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews)
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Manage onboarding and induction process for new hires
Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
Assist in performance management and employee engagement activities
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
Address employee queries and grievances
Administrative Responsibilities
Manage office operations and administrative tasks
Maintain office supplies and inventory
Coordinate with vendors and service providers
Handle documentation, filing, and record-keeping
Support management with reports and data as required
Ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
Organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Qualifications
10+2
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred but not mandatory)
Experience
0-6 years of experience in HR and Administration roles
Freshers with strong HR knowledge can also apply
Salary Range
₹20,000 - ₹75,000 per month (depending on experience and company)
