Job Summary:
We are looking for a well-organized and responsible Jr. HR Executive to manage core HR functions like recruitment, attendance, training, and policy implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination.
Coordinate onboarding process, document collection, and induction for new employees.
Attendance & Leave Management:
Monitor and maintain employee attendance records.
Process leave applications and ensure timely updates in attendance systems.
Generate monthly attendance reports for payroll.
Policy Implementation & Compliance:
Ensure HR and admin policies are followed within the office.
Assist in communicating and updating company policies and SOPs.
Maintain confidentiality of all employee-related data and records.
Training & Development:
Coordinate internal/external training programs, maintain training calendars.
Collect feedback post-training and prepare reports for management review.
Administrative Support:
Maintain employee files, office records, and admin-related documentation.
Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and basic facility support.
Assist in organizing meetings, events, and employee engagement activities.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in any stream (HR/Admin preferred).
02 years of experience in administration or HR roles.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and multitasking abilities.
Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
