Responsible for promoting the entire process of recruitment for various positions in the company, including job posting, resume screening, interview invitation and follow-up, employment communication, etc.;

Complete other human resources-related work assigned by superiors.

Aged 25-45, college degree or above, major in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related fields is preferred;

1 year or more of relevant recruitment experience, familiar with the entire recruitment process, and master the operation skills of various recruitment channels;

Possess good communication and expression skills, logical thinking ability and pressure resistance, and be proactive in work;

Familiar with basic office software (Word, Excel, PPT), and able to efficiently complete the collation and reporting of recruitment data;

Have strong sense of responsibility and execution, love recruitment work, and have excellent service awareness.
