Job Title:- Human Resource Executive

Experience:- 2 yrs and 6 month in IT Recruitment

Salary :- upto 14-15-16-17-18k

Notice Period :- Immediate to 15 days

Job Responsibilities:-

Responsible for end to end recruitment and handling IT requirements.

Identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.

Design and update job descriptions.

Source potential candidates from various online channels.

Qualify or Reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.

HR operation: Attendance management

Introduce employee-oriented HR initiatives and engagement activities for employees.

Responsible for the new joiner on - boarding process.

Design compensation and benefits packages.

Organising important events of the organisation.

Implement performance review procedures.

Skills Required:-

Should be experienced in IT Recruitment.

Should have a deep working knowledge of Technology, technical roles, and technical skills,

Events and HR activities.

Strong negotiation skills.

Effective Presentation skills

Good Communication verbal and written.
