Requirements:
• Experience: 1-2 Years.
• Understand client requisitions and identify potential candidates from the available sources- Internal Database/ATS, Job boards, Social Media, Headhunting and many more.
• Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter.
• Manage End to End recruitment.
• Performing reference and background checks.
• interviews to validate candidates IDs.
• Should possess excellent communication skills and negotiation skills.
• Agile and fast decision-makers to deliver quality in the dynamic nature of Staffing business.
• Target oriented and have a Go- better attitude.
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements.
